Liked · It was cosy, comfortable and beds were comfy too! Close proximity to grocery shop (Woolworths), only a 5 minute walk and easy commute to Salamanca Place and city shopping.

A Gem

Always great to stay here! Walking distance to city, great restaurants nearby, rooms always clean, comfortable and have all the things you need but above all the staff are extremely helpful and friendly, nothing is too hard. Will be back again.

Liked · Located walking distance from Battery Point and Salamanca markets. Ample parking. The apartments are in close proximity to supermarkets, cafes and restuarants.

Disliked · No shower curtain on the shower. I think this was a small oversight.

Nice staff. Was a bit concerning that there was a clearly used towel on the back of the bathroom door with food stains. Housekeeping are likely very busy as they had a full house the night we stayed. Walls are thin so we could hear other guests showering at night.

Liked · Good location to walk into Hobart CBD. Has washing machines and dryers in a communal laundry. Huge machine (13.5kg) was $10, smaller machines $6, dryer can't remember the price. Have drying racks you can take to your room.

Disliked · We were in the unit closest to the road and on the lower floor. Could hear the road noise very well inside the unit. The unit above us was very loud and sounded like they were stomping above us. The door could do with a door snake or weather blocker. It was very windy when we were there, and lots of leaves and flower petals were blowing under the door.

Professional friendly check in /check out. Easy on site parking, immaculate room with heat pump and great amenities. Always a great stay.

Liked · The location was great for our needs & it is good value for money compared to other accommodation in the area. Rooms are always clean & tidy, & was warm on our arrival. The off street parking is good too.

Disliked · We were in an apartment closest to Sandy Bay Rd, so the road noise was a bit annoying! Also seemed to be a septic or drain smell in the bathroom.

Liked · The 2-bedroom apartment we stayed in a was super clean. Double bed was very comfy. Location is very convenient with lots of dinner choices. Kitchen not the biggest however with all that are needed to cook hot breakfast. Unit is very warm for a winter night. Staff were very friendly. Will stay here again next time we visit Hobart.

Liked · It was in a great location. The bed was comfortable . Kitchenette had everything we needed.

Disliked · We ran out of hot water after only 1 one us was 1/2 way through a shower and then had to have a cold one. Informed staff and they told me there was nothing he could do as they were fully booked and we would just have to wait for it to come back on... which wasn't until the morning. There was sticking liquid spilled on the sofa and bench. Freezer needed defrosting. Lamps didn't work.

Liked · everything was super clean! there were thoughtful details like milk in the fridge. Amenities were fantastic. As a solo female traveller, I felt very safe here :) Also walking distance to shops/the city.

Liked · It was a very convenient location, very handy parking - able to park right near room. Very clean and was very pleased with hand rails in shower/bath for personal safety. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful - makes for a better experience.

Liked · Very clean with modern fixtures. Great TV, nice little kitchen, superb water pressure in the bathroom. Perfect location with shopping and lots of food outlets within walking distance. Parking is great.

Disliked · Just a suggestion. All the unit lights are on one switch (at the door and by bed). It would have been much more comfortable if the overhead light above the bed could have been switched separately, leaving the other 4 unit lights on. When one person goes to bed before the other, that lighting causes issues.
