Liked: Great location on Sandy Bay Road, lots of food options, lots parking at the property or even in front of our apartment, we are regular visitors to this property, always found things, clean comfortable and great value.

Disliked: Was a bit noisy during the night of our stay as the room we booked is a downstairs apartment and there are rooms above, we could hear the upstairs guests stomping about especially in the quiet of the night, (not the hotels fault just guests possibility a little inconsiderate).

Liked: The accommodation size was adequate for two adults with good amenities and sufficiently equipped kitchen. The location is ideal for any kind of visitor with supermarkets and eateries around the place. Parking is available for visitors with their car.

Liked: The apartment was in a great location, within walking distance of the town. It was spacious enough to enjoy meals and share time with family. The staff was super friendly and responded to all my questions, making my Tassie experience fantastic!

Liked: We've stayed many times over the years and we're always happy with our room. We think it provides great value in comparison with many other Hobart accommodation options. With a small kitchenette it also gives self catering options which we appreciate.

Liked: Easy to access, clean, everything you need for being self contained, very cheap breakfast options

Liked: The property ticks most of the boxes of what was advertised and we were pretty impressed with quite a few things like location, facilities etc.

Liked: Comfortable beds! Stocked with everything you need. Basic but thoughtful and had everything we needed. Lovely staff :)

Disliked: If pressed I would say the bathroom was in need of a bit of hygiene update - just some areas of mould forming in the grout and seals, little flecks of pink in the ceiling and some paint starting to peel and crack in the shower area. However it wasn’t anything extreme certainly not enough to really worry anybody.

Disliked: I have never stayed in such a bad hotel. There was no hot water halfway through the shower, and there was no hot water at all after waiting for more than half an hour. I called and asked and was told that I could only wait two hours for hot water? It's a very cold winter now. My hair is completely wet but I can only wait two hours for hot water. Liked: All went well except that the toiletries were placed the other way around. The wall mounted shampoo, conditioner and shower gel were outside the shower area, and the lotion, hand liquid soap and shaving cream were inside the shower area.

Liked: Surprisingly large apartment with excellent facilities. Very comfortable bed; apartment not too hot or too cold; bathroom fine.

Disliked: One of the staff parked right up in front of our room, so close to the door that it was tricky to get out with our luggage. It was 9am and she probably assumed we'd checked out, but if she'd parked in the next space along, it wouldn't have blocked anyone's door.

The carper is old, my feet could feel itchy sometimes. Overall it is nice place to stay.

Liked: I have stayed here quite a few times when I arrive in Hobart. I love that it is so close to Salamanca and also shops and takeaways. It is always a comfortable stay.

Hotel looks old from the outside but still in great condition. Friendly staff. Close to shops and Restaurants. Even got a Continental breakfast for $6.00. Definitely value for money. Will be staying again!
