Liked: Great location : close to cafes , Woolies , couple of great bakeries, public transport , hop on off bus , ATM ( com bank ) etc

Liked: Cleanliness and the facilities in the apartment. No extra cost for parking and we could park immediately outside the door of our unit.

Disliked: Nothing, I thought it was great for our needs.

Liked: The day of check-out was the day of the Salamanca market. When I asked the staff about parking, they suggested that I park my car in the hotel's parking lot. It was a little far to walk, but the parking lots around the Salamanca market were full, so it was a relief.

Nearby walk to Hobart CBD, salamanca market, and 5 minutes away from supermarkets and sandy bay shops. Really nice location, still a motel but was very satisfied with my stay. Bathrooms and ahower were clean, kitchen fine, would stay here again

Friendly service and clean rooms

Very nice and clean. Easy to get around with onsite parking anywhere so no allocated parking. Great amenities and very friendly staff

Disliked: There isn’t much to dislike it was clean and comfortable and overall great value by comparison to other accommodation offered. Older guests might find having to go downstairs to use the bathroom a challenge At night but if you’re aware of that there’s no problem

3 people in a 3 people room was fine, but the single bed was akwardly positioned.

Liked: Can’t thank the staff enough for changing our room to one with no stairs. Two knee replacements and old age make stairs very challenging when we have to carry luggage. Really good location and we felt safe too

Liked: The location was good, and the check in and out process was easy, and friendly and helpful staff.

Disliked: Nothing, everything met my expectations.

Liked: Quiet location, close to supermarkets and various restaurants.

Disliked: The available laundry time seems a little short when used for longer stays for business trips. It would be easier to use if it were longer.
The Wi-Fi signal in the room I stayed in was unstable near the bed. I felt stressed when looking at my phone while lying on the bed.

Liked: As my husband was extremely annoyed about lugging baggage up a flight of stairs anything positive was not appreciated

Disliked: Had to lug heavy baggage up a flight of stairs. We are in our middle and late seventies

Comfortable property close to shopping and reasonable walking distance to central Hobart. We did have trouble getting the reverse air con to blow warm, which was a challenge for us as we are from tropical North Queensland and Hobart was very cold for us. Not sure if that was due to us or the facility. Very good laundry options.

The good things are the motel is pretty close to the supermarkets and a amazing italian restaurant, just a few minutes walking distance. However, if there is hot water or warm water in the bathroom at night is much appreciated since when I turned on the shower for 20mins at about 1900, but still no hot water, even I tried in the mid night again. The staff, she kept asking anyone bathed yet, it may take an hour to have hot water if that is a case and claimed the water is not freezing. I can assure that if that is case, your motel may be overestimate capacity for guests. Anyway, the room is clean and fit with the photo description.

Liked: Perfect apartment with everything we needed. The lady at check in was amazing! We arrived very early (8.30am) and she let us store our luggage while we got breakfast and then allowed us an early check-in at 10.30am which was perfect for us.

Liked: We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was spacious, well-equipped, and filled with natural light, making it a perfect home away from home. The location couldn't have been better—tons of dining options around, and both Coles and Woolies were just a short walk away. It was excellent value for money and provided a comfortable base for our trip. We’ll definitely be back

Liked: Great location. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Friendly staff.Walls are a bit thin. 

Disliked: Could hear everyone in their rooms, talking, moving furniture at midnight, whatever they were up to.

Liked: The location was great and value for a 2 bedroom. Was decent for a 1 night stay

Disliked: Musty spelling. Parking was tight. Taps in bathroom are old and need to be updated. Kitchen was very small and would not attempt to cook a meal there.

Liked: Walking distance to Salamanca market, we were allowed to leave our at property very much appreciated 👍

Liked: Good location if you travel by car, there are many shops and restaurants around which include Coles and Woolworths super marget. Properties is a bit old. there is the kitchenette which is handy if you want to cook.

The property was just right for 3 ppl to share and sleep in before our 7 day tour. Location was perfect for our tour pickup and it was near a grocery store. We found a dinner place for take away since the restaurant we went to closes at 8pm.

Disliked: Appartement le plus proche de la route très passante, donc bruyant.

Liked: The location of the Hotel was great. Public transport was very close.
Having a guest laundry with powder provided was very handy.

Disliked: Where our unit was made parking our car a bit tricky.

Liked: Small but practical studio with everything. Well-equipped. A very helpful reception, open from 8pm to 8pm. Small, but good beds. Walking distance to the city and port.

Liked: The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. It had a good size kitchenette and bathroom.

Disliked: My room was situated right next to the guest laundry and the soundproofing of the room was non existent, which was slightly annoying - if I'd been there longer for one night - I would have requested a change.

Booked this stay at the last minute and at a good discount and was pleasantly surprised with my room. Comfortable bed and good facilities in the micro kitchen. Would recommend for short stays in Hobart.
